In the pink

Passing Freedom Square, a huge erection in pink reared up before my eyes! Closer inspection showed that it was the new statue of St George, actually covered in gold. At the moment it is sitting at the side of the square, but it will soon be put on top of the statue that has been erected in thd square. Mr President has done much to improve the visual environment in Tbilisi and to make life easier; hence the easy arrival at the airport, and statues and fountains all over Tbilisi. Nevertheless, a little remains to be done. He has also introduced a benefit for poor families which they did not have before, so he has done a lot of good.
